Registration:

Can attendees bring a guest?

Yes! The guest registration fee is $199. Guests can attend evening receptions and events, but sessions and daily meals are excluded. Please email [email protected] to receive information on registering your guest.

What’s included in registration?

    • Access to all conference sessions
    • Welcome reception on Monday, April 28
    • Breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, April 29
    • Breakfast, snacks and lunch on Wednesday, April 30
    • Customer appreciation event on Tuesday, April 30

I have completed my registration and want to make a change. What do I do?

Using your registration confirmation email or the conference registration page, you can log back into your profile to make updates to your group, select your breakout sessions and more.

What is the payment policy?

We accept the following methods of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

What’s the cancellation policy?

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to  [email protected]. Applicable refunds will be processed based on the time and date the request was submitted:

  • Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 pm ET on Friday, December 27, 2024.
  • 50% refund: Cancellation notices must be received between 12 am ET on Saturday, December 28, 2024, and 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
  • No refunds: Cancellation notices received after 12 am ET on Thursday, March 6, 2025, will not be processed.

When will agenda sessions be posted?

We are diligently creating an agenda with enriching content for customers of all experience levels. Detailed information will be available in the coming months; in the meantime, please see our schedule outline for an overview of the event.

Will there be an option for customers to attend virtually?

At this time, there will not be an option to attend virtually.
