This letter of interest (the “Letter of Interest”) includes some basic terms for and Client’s interest in ordering Resmed True Sense. This is a non-binding agreement. After this engagement has been completed, a formal agreement may be constructed to the benefit of the parties involved.

Trial Period.

Trial Period shall be limited for a period of ninety (90) days from the sooner of Go-Live or 180 days from Order Form Effective Date (“Trial Period”). Monthly Subscription Fees may be discounted during the Trial Period based on a fully executed Order Form. Non-refundable Professional Services Fees shall apply. There is a limited number of spots available for this trial, and MatrixCare shall not be required to sell Resmed True Sense to any person or entity.
